Justification and impact if rule is not changed |
IMPACT: Show management will lose revenue. With shows being a great distance and expense, exhibitors need the showmanship class to help accumulate points for yearend and lifetime awards.

Committee Comments |
The Commitee feels that this class accrues points for the nadler and, therefore, handicaps the exhibitord in getting points on the donkey. It would be best served to depend on classes that are judged on the performance of the animal rather than the handler to maintain fairness to the animals.
